If your online purchase doesn’t fit properly it may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase (with receipt) - excludes international orders. All return and or exchange products MUST be in NEW condition with tags and accompanied by the original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying return freight and Kinetic will assume the exchanged product shipping.
