Warranty Policy
Kinetic products come with a 30 day warranty from date of purchase for all manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damages resulting from abuse, modification, or extended wear. Certain conditions and exclusions may apply. Modified or altered products are not covered by warranty. Issues past 30 days are handled case by case via customer service. Customers are responsible for return shipping for warranty claims unless authorized differently by a customer service representative.
Warranty does NOT cover the following issues:
- Improper product care
- Damages caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Failure to observe care instructions
- Damage caused by rips, cuts or tears from abrasive surfaces
- Normal product wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (i.e., minor scratches, surface deformations, fading or discoloration)
- Modification or alteration
- Products with removed or defaced logos, date codes, or tags
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers/ dealers
- Pre-owned or used products
